About Vikings Hockey Booster Club
Our Vision
Vikings Hockey Booster Club was created to allow the community to come together to help support the WWU Vikings Hockey Club and their vision.
The WWU Vikings Hockey Club’s vision is to be recognized as a leader in developing young adults through the sport of ice hockey and to create a winning and diverse culture through teamwork and shared school spirit while striving for excellence in academics.
Our Story
Vikings Hockey is a club sport through Western Washington University, which falls outside of Western’s athletics department. This means on top of paying for tuition, these students also pay yearly dues to play the sport they love. Vikings Hockey Booster Club strives to support the team by assisting with costs incurred by a collegiate hockey program, including fundraising, game day/event support and organization, travel, and more.
